1999

Senior Producer, Nations and Regions, 2000 Today, BBC 1 Millennium Event

Responsible for the management and running of all of the OBS throughout the UK outside London; 66  OBs. Alongside the Executive Producer, Nations and Regions my job was to drive the content of each of these OBs, staff them, manage the budgets for them and  assist the Editor BBC 1 in placing them in the schedule for broadcast. Liaised with the three Nations and all Ten BBC Regions in England, directly engaging with senior presenters at each location; also worked closely with the BBC Rights Agency in securing Rights from each event at every OB, and with Marketing and Publicity to ensure that the BBC interests were protected when the programme was broadcast on big screens across the country.

1998

Time Team: C4

Made five programmes in the Award Winning series, and series produced a spin off, Time Team Extra. Was a Producer on the highly successful Time Team Live programmes broadcast in 1987 and 1988 (10 programmes in one weekend in each of these two years).

Twentieth Century Blues:  BBC 2

Produced a Noel Coward tribute programme with performances from Sting, Elton John, Marianne Faithfull, the Divine Comedy and Robbie Williams.

1997

Crime Beat : BBC 1

Directed three programmes in the popular BBC 1 series.

PaleoWorld: The Discovery Channel (USA)

Directed three films on Dinosaurs, with filming in the USA, Germany and Vietnam
